1General Terms & Conditions

333pat (www.333pat.app) is an internationally licensed online betting and gaming platform. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between 333pat and all of its users. 2Account Registration

• Allowing others to access or use your account is strictly prohibited.

3Age Verification

Only individuals aged 18 or above may register an account and place bets on 333pat. Keeping minors away from gambling is one of our highest priorities.

333pat will verify your age during your first withdrawal. You will need to submit a photo of your National ID, passport, or birth registration certificate. Withdrawals will remain on hold until verification is complete.

4Deposits & Withdrawals

333pat charges no service fee on deposits. Instant deposits are available via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. Bank transfers may take 2–6 hours to process.

The following conditions apply to withdrawals:

• Withdrawals are only permitted from KYC-verified accounts.

• Bonuses that are not used within the specified timeframe after being credited will expire.
• Any attempt to obtain bonuses through fraudulent means will result in account closure.

6Betting Rules

The following general rules apply to all bets placed on 333pat. Additional rules specific to individual sports or casino games may also apply.

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
• Bets placed before a match begins are counted as pre-match bets; bets placed during a match are counted as in-play bets.
• 333pat may void any bet placed at incorrect odds due to a technical error.
• If a match is cancelled, the stake is generally refunded.
• Settlement of bets on partially completed matches will follow the rules applicable to that sport.
• Bets may be placed under investigation if match fixing or unfair advantage is suspected.
• Maximum bet limits are set by 333pat and are subject to change.

7Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 333pat platform. Violations will result in permanent account closure and possible forfeiture of balance.

• Operating multiple accounts under the same identity.
• Placing bets using bots, scripts, or any automated software.
• Creating or operating an account using another person's identity.
• Exploiting system errors or technical bugs for unfair gain.
• Depositing funds obtained through illegal means (money laundering).
• Providing false information to 333pat staff to gain an unfair advantage.
• Collaborative or syndicate betting intended to manipulate or exploit the system.

8Account Suspension & Closure

333pat may temporarily or permanently close an account for any of the following reasons:

• For violating the Terms & Conditions.
• For failing to pass KYC verification.
• When suspicious financial activity is detected.
• To comply with a court order or directive from a regulatory authority.

Members may close their account at any time. Any available balance (excluding bonuses) will be eligible for withdrawal upon closure.

9Responsible Gaming

• In the event of a dispute, 333pat's server logs shall serve as the definitive and final evidence.
• If a member is unsatisfied with the support team's resolution, they have the right to file a complaint with the licensing authority.
• The relevant balance or bet may be placed on hold until the dispute is resolved.

12Terms Update Policy

333pat reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions, in part or in full, at any time. A notice will be posted on the site before any changes take effect.
